Job Responsibilities (Service Crew)
• Greets guests and presents menu.
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
• Server food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
• Check products for quality and correct any problems that keep them from enjoying their meal/drink
• Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
• Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
• Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions.

Job Responsibilities (Kitchen Crew)
food preparation
Ensuring all products/dishes follow food safety guidelines
Ensuring all ingredients are fresh, and dealing with stock deliveries
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, store area, and all equipment used
Learn and understand all ingredients used in the kitchen
