 Job Description

Assistant- Admin & Business Support  

Job Descriptions:

Provide support for day to day business operations including but not limited to:

1) Help organise and prepare all related business documentation and records.

2) To support daily e-commerce backroom, social media and online operations.

3) Help handle customers' inquiries and prepare/edit online marketing materials.

4) To handle admin works and basic accounting tasks.

5) To maintain proper filing system to ensure documents and records are traceable in an efficient manner.

6) Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or needed.

Requirements:

1) Candidate must possess at least a STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualifications.

2) Work experience in sales, social media platforms and/or accounting related work will be an added advantage.

3) Required skill(s): Familiar with Microsoft Office / Excel / Accounting / Photoshop / Illustrator / E-commerce market place.

4) Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Candidates with Mandarin skills will have added advantage.

5) Pleasant personality with good inter-personal and communication skills.

6) Preferred female candidates based in Subang Jaya or PJ area.

7) Able to work independently with minimum supervision, responsible, willingness to learn and trustworthy person
