The Digital Sales Exec is a position which requires an individual to work well within a team and be prepared for a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth in both brand awareness and sales.

The candidate will be tasked to drive sales initiative via our online platform while providing assistant to partners and customers as and when required.

 As part of our dynamic and growing team, you will be responsible for working directly with the founder and co - founder of the company.

What are you responsible for:

Sales Matters:

Ø To generate sales via our online platform mainly from Facebook

Ø Comfortable to close sales via Facebook, WeChat,Whatsapp and phone calls

Ø Follow - up on after sales service with the purpose of up-sell and cross-sell

Ø To reply customers inquiries which eventually leads to sales

Ø To turn our cold market to warm market subsequently to hot market

Ø To arrange for online preview with follow - ups from preview

Ø Comfortable to sell high ticket item

Ø Understand the meaning of consultative selling

Ø To promote skin, health care product and recruitment drive

Ø Minimum monthly sales target of RM35,000

Other matters:

Ø Packaging of products

Ø To manage our communication group between partners and customers

Ø To assist enquirers from partners

Ø Administrative update

Ø To work with marketing team and to plan for our online platform presence

Ø Liaise with our courier partner

Ø Video and Photo Editing (Optional)

Mental and Skillset requirement:

Ø Positive thinking with integrity and agile

Ø Willing to experiment on new ideas and improvised it

Ø Have sense of ownership and working together in a Team

Ø Continuous self - improvement in personal and work

Ø Excel and Powerpoint knowledge

Ø Knowledge on how to manage Facebook page, Facebook ads, Facebook group and zoom application

Ø Digital sales knowledge and the cycle of sales

Ø Knowledge of usage and how to operate dropbox and google drive

Ø Mandarin, English and Bahasa (Communicate and Writing)

Ø Must posses a notebook
