Job Descriptions

• Responsible in application setup, testing, data mapping and validity of information by comparing it to source documents.
• Documentation of support activities, troubleshooting application issues and test scripts.
• Assist the client in implementing and training during initial setup and cutover activities of the system account.
• Engage in presales interactive product demo, product training to maintain high product knowledge.
• Act as the main liaison and work cross functionally between vendors, customers and developer team.
• Attend customers' requests and needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Perform office administrative duties when needed.

Skill Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome. Diploma /Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Have passion for engaging with people
• Handled issues with high-quality within agreed-upon service levels; Prompt responds to issues that may require troubleshooting
• Pro-active, can-do attitude, approachable and can work independently or in a team.
• Proven strong communication skills in a business environment: telephone communication, face-to-face and public speaking.
• Proficiency in English is essential; moderate proficiency in Mandarin and Malay added advantage.
• Ability to travel as needed.
