工作职责

• As a production operator, you'll be assisting a small team, and working with, other assistants to manage the day to day running of our production, including food preparation, baking, cleaning of equipment, checking the supplies and rotating inventory;
• Assisting your supervisor with the production processes and needs - preparation, mixing, baking and packing;
• To ensure the baking, taste and smell of the food conforms with the recipes and quality standards.
• Making sure that all production areas are safe and hygienic places to work;
• Ensure that the inventory, storage and distribution of ingredients and supplies are organised.
