工作职责

• According to the project description, design document, operation manual, etc., do the preparation work before the test to ensure the product test is planned and standardized.
• Make test plan according to the project plan to ensure the quality and schedule of the project.
• According to the test plan, ensure that defects are basically eliminated before the software is released.
• According to the test results, repeatedly communicate
  with the development department about the test situation, correct the defects found in the test and improve the performance of the software.
• Track application defects until they meet the release standards, analyze and promote the solution of online pro blems, and continuously summarize and improve the test methods and procedures to ensure the quality of products.

需求

• Education requirements: Degree and above
• 3 years or above experience in Web or App software testing
• Knowledge of software engineering theory, familiar with software test theory and test method
• Able to design and write test scripts and test cases, proficient in using various test tools
• Familiar with one of Junit/gtest/unittest frameworks
• Good communication skills and team work spirit, able to work under pressure, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, patient
• Financial industry testing experience is preferred
• Ability to write automated test tools or scripts is preferred
• Priority in writing test automation tools and building test automation platform
