1.      Manage “incomings” include new & existing to PTSI centre

2.      Issue notices on all matters in centre related to students

a.      Parents reminder

3.      Inventory management

a.      Centre stationary control & recording

b.      Stationary box for tutors

c.      Copier machine monitoring

                                                    i.    Paper utilization

                                                  ii.    Copier maintenance date

                                                  iii.    Counter / meter reading tracking

                                                  iv.    Invoices received from Mewamax

4.      Event management + RSVP

5.      Trial class management + confirmation

6.      New student enrollment

7.      Manage operational DAILY routine matters

a.      Manage students put their shoes and bags

b.      Manage organization & students in waiting area

c.      Manage waiting parents

d.      Manage hygiene & cleanliness

e.      Monitor tutors & students’ behavior (via CCTV)

f.      Monitor absent students – action call to parent to check

8.      Manage operational MONTHLY routine matters

a.      Tutors & students’ attendance card preparation

b.      Update students listing (as at month end)

c.      Invoice preparation & distribution + payment collection monitoring

d.      Manage management claims

e.      Top up marker ink in tutor stationary box

9.      Manage operational QUARTERLY routine matters

a.      PACH rewards

10.  Assist in academic photocopying & preparation

11.  Work as a team to create an environment where student are hunger for knowledge
