Job Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a Administrator/ Customer Service to handle purchase orders, and support the team with administrative tasks, manage inventories and logistics documentation. This role involves resolving order issues, maintaining accurate records, ensuring product delivery on time to customers and other daily documentations.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent email writing skills will be added advantage.
  • Language required: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least a SPM holder, fresh graduate is acceptable.
