Job Responsibilities

• • To assist on operational purchasing activities, including sourcing from China.
  • To issue purchase order and keep tract to ensure the delivery date and liaise with requester accordingly.
  • Sourcing for new materials/goods purchase and vendors/supplier.
  • Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
  • product understanding in details and knowledge to pass to designer, host and customer service.
  • Product comparison.
  • Maintain and update purchasing data info system.
  • Monitor and coordinate with internal department.
  • To coordinate and execute purchasing activities and understand ALL custom requirement for import shipment.
  • Liaise with China, Korea supplier
  
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in computer skills (MS Office - MS Word and MS Excel)
• Required language: Mandarin, English
  

   The present office hours are as follows:

   8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday & 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Saturday

   Alternate 5 working days and 6 working days
