Job Responsibilities

1) Prepare daily food condiments needed for service operation.
    - Measure noodles
    - Prepare condiments for porridge 
    - Cut vegetable condiments
    - Prepare handmade meatballs
    - Prepare condiments for porridge
    - Cook porridge
    - Reheat sauces 
    - Refill / Pack sauces 

2) Set up work stations.

3) Perform live cooking during service operation. (cook noodles, follow order tickets, assemble food)

4) Clean up respective stations during closing.
