Job Responsibilities

• To attend to all customer queries, inclusive of walk-in, by phone, via Whatsapp, FB Messenger and email etc.
• To process customer orders, issuing bills/ invoices, collecting payment, printing bills /invoices and D.O.
• To monitor consignment accounts' stock movement and replenishment.
• To assist in company digital marketing projects.
  
• To assist in company activities and events.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work on weekends and/or overtimes when necessary.
• Can work independently.
