Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage customer inquiries.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • To be constantly guided by the company's service standards.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
  • To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems.
  • Follow up and maintain customer relationships.
  • Research and generate lists of potential customers.
  • Provide support, answer calls, reply to the desk, live chat, Facebook, and send emails to customers.
  • Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison, etc) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target driven environment. Be a team player in a highly successful team environment.
  • Able to speak/write fluently in English, Mandarin.
  • Social media savvy.
