Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an Administrative Executive, who will be responsible to provide administrative support,execute purchasing and handle accounting entries.

• Handle administrative work and office maintenance, including receive courier documents, receiving guests.

• Handle staff affairs including processing staff claims and leaves, preparing written communications for internal and/or external updates.

• Manage the day-to-day procurement support activities for selected trade products, services and office supplies.

• Ensure proper record and updates of supplier information including contacts, trading terms, products, pricing and so on.

• Ensure accuracy of Account Payable records by verifying supplier invoices, updating supplier invoices into accounting system on a daily basis, ensure proper filing of accounting documents and proposing payables to management for payment plan on a weekly basis.

• Monitor Account Receivable to ensure collections are received on time.

Requirements

• At least 1 year related working experience
• Possess own transport and willing to travel around town for purchasing/sourcing purposes with mileage claim provided.
