Job Responsibilities
· Maintains highest quality and consistent beverage product including coffee, tea, wine and others
· Ensure recipes and procedures for beverage preparations are adhered to according to company standards
· Accurately preparing beverages and avoid wastages
· Handling and providing proper care to the coffee making equipment
· Scheduling and conducting of coffee equipment maintenance schedule
· Strive to produce superior product presentation – coffee art, coffee mixtures etc
· Ensure work area, equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
· Greetings and providing highest quality of service standards to all customers
· Regularly obtaining feedback from customers on the quality of the beverage product and services offered
· Handling of customer complaints as and when occur and updating to the management
· Strive to establish and build rapport with customers and familiarizing with regulars to identify individual preference for beverages
· Keeping track of par stock to ensure sufficient usage for operations
· Recording and accurately report stock inventories to superior
· Monitoring and ensure all stock movements or transfers are properly recorded
· Ensures that outlet strictly comply with International Food Safety and Hygiene standards, as well as standards set by the Malaysian Food act and as per company policies
· Have a complete understanding to the operational Do’s and Don’ts and Occupational Safety and Health standard
