Job Responsibilities

Prepare breads / pastries, including preparing
doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate.
·
Ensure production of good quality products.
·
Safely and appropriately use baking and
measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked products.
·
Follow and ensure compliance with food safety
handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures.
·
Ability to lift heavy items for an extended time.
·
Ability to read and follow recipes.
·
Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.
·
Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
·
Possess related certificate OR Diploma OR Degree
in culinary arts.
·
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
·
Willing to work on shift, weekends & public
holidays.
·
Willing to learn and able to cope with
fast-paced situations.
