Job Responsibilities

Hello! We are looking for a local semi-skill cook to prepare delicious meals according to the menu. You may also gain opportunity to create new food menus at Whitemori! From time to time, we love to explore and create new menus to delight our customers (:

*Looking for a local candidate with own accommodation and transportation. Preferably living nearby.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

2. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)

3. Cook food in various utensils or grillers

4. Check food while cooking to stir or turn

5. Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served. Get creative!

6. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen. "Clean As You Go".

7. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

8. Check the quality of ingredients. Maintain “fresh dates” of ingredients - rotate as needed.

9. Monitor stocks



Requirements

Requirements:

1. Preferably to have basic experience as a cook. Willingness to learn.

2. Have experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.

3. Have basic knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods is a plus point.

4. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

5. Ability to work in a team.

6. Able to cooperate and communicate well.

7. Good physical condition and stamina

8. Have own accommodation and transportation.
