Ø Supports continuous improvement programs

Ø Setup simple jobs, including tool and geometry offsets

Ø Read and interpret blueprints properly

Ø Inspect parts to verify blueprint requirements prior to first article

Ø Properly transfer CNC programs

Ø Quickly and accurately load and unload machines

Ø Make productive use of all time

Ø Run multiple machines when feasible and safe to do so

Ø Provide input to ensure Travelers are updated properly

Ø Follow traveler and quality system procedures

Ø Willing to embrace change

Ø Perform all job duties and functions in compliance with all company safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

High School education                  

1 year minimum CNC experience

Ability to read blueprints

Ability to properly use common inspection equipment

Speak, read and write fluent English

Physical requirements:

 Ability to repetitively lift 50 pounds

Ability to bend, reach & stoop with 25 –50 pounds.

Ability to stand for prolonged periods

Good eyesight required
