Job Responsibilities

Responsibility

Develop new business accounts through online and off line marketing
Prepare and analyse customer’s feedback from social media platforms for improvement and to response to build customer’s confidence and loyalty.
Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports
Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programmes are delivered on time
Manage and lead both online and offline marketing campaigns, events and promotion initiatives
Plan and execute social media campaigns, maintain and analyse the results for areas of improvement
Conduct product briefing /training as and when required.
Assist in social media activities (IG, Facebook)
To maximize the sales & profit potential of the Online Sales Department
Build and grow the online business on marketplace and also manage day to day e-com business operations with logistic, customer service, finance, marketing and etc.
Managing multiple market places platform and assist in managing own dotcom website
Build strong relationships with online sales operators and platforms
Work closely with Director team on improving online sales business
Manage end-to-end campaign planning and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and conversion
Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide insight
Work closely with Marketing Manager to prepare monthly marketing calendar and communication plan to drive traffics and sales to company's website/ marketplace
Analyze promotion result and developing new opportunities
Assist in supporting website content creation, maintenance and updates
To assist in managing SEO and SEM to drive traffic and conversion at own dotcom website

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in e-Commerce/Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 4 years’ experience in e-Commerce management
Good knowledge in e-Commerce platforms, Google Analytics & Adwords, Webmaster Tools
Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitudes
Strong sense of commitment and dedication, with sense of urgency to get thing done and result driven oriented
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
A proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies
In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics
Hands on experience with marketing software and tools
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
