• Execute a high service standard and provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating a positive and friendly attitude.
• Provide quality products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipes and preparation standards.
• Assisting customers with product and nutritional information and selection.
• Maintaining a professional, clean and well-organized work station. Basic cleaning works are required.
• Proactively engage and interact with customers and conduct customer satisfaction surveys under company guidelines.
• Maintain inventory levels during operations, take inventory at the end of the day, and prep ingredients.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience food and beverage operation and preparation.
• Willing to get hands dirty by dabbling in areas needed for a smooth operation and quality customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a love for the community.
• Able to work independently, but also able to organize and coordinate all operational efforts (team player as well).
• Ability to learn about all products and ingredients to better inform customers and be aware of allergens.
• A passion for healthy, plant-based nutrition and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to learn quickly.
