Job Responsibilities

· Checking and monitoring of kitchen equipment’s functionality

· Maintain the cleanliness of premise, food preparation area and store room

· Working closely with subordinate to ensure cleanliness of the kitchen is maintained at all times

· Maintain hygiene standards of the kitchen and personal hygiene

· To assist tin setting up and cleaning up of food stations

· Ensures that outlet strictly comply with International Food Safety and Hygiene standards, as well as standards set by the Malaysian Food act and as per company policies

· Have a complete understanding to the operational Do’s and Don’ts and Occupational Safety and Health standards

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or SPM leavers

• Ability to work independently.

• Prior working experience will be an added advantage.

• Basic communication in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
