- Job description • Prepare/review monthly/quarterly/yearly full set of accounts (including consolidated accounts) and drafting unaudited financial statements. • Perform general office duties and administrative tasks. Filling documents • Perform full set of management report by using SQL Accounting Software. • Responsible to prepare quotation, purchase order, payment voucher and petty cash claims • Responsible to prepare monthly sales analysis, billing invoices and update monthly stock level by using Pivot Table. • Responsible to check P&L and balance sheet for closing year. • Liaise with internal compliance, external auditors and tax agents in preparation of audit and tax schedule.
