• Design and implement robust and modular back-end system that can cater for future product roadmap

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use

• Optimization of the APIs, Database and CMS for maximum speed and scalability

• Implementation of security and data protection measures in line with PDPA requirements

需求

• 5+ years of back-end development experience

• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails 3.2 or above

• Working knowledge with ActiveAdmin and Grape Gem

• Proficiency in working with AWS, particularly with EC2. Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes

• Setting up and administration of backups

• Ability to create an APIs for internal or external use

• Experience developing and designing RESTful APIs

• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile apps vs web, and optimizing output to match the specific platform

• Experience in managing MySql and Apache

• Proficient understanding and working knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git and GitLab
